“Prime Advice” is mentioned in the study of the UAE legal market

Prime Advice Law Offices took part in a study of legal support for Russian businesses in the Middle East, prepared by Pravo.ru, and was noted in the Corporate Law/M&A practice area.

Russian businesses are actively operating in the UAE, and large capital owners are transferring their assets to this jurisdiction. This creates a demand for legal support: from assistance with company registration and obtaining a visa to asset structuring and handling litigation. Russian law firms are helping businesses with this by opening offices in the Emirates, forming new partnerships, and carving out their place in the local legal market. Analysts at Pravo.ru conducted a study of the UAE legal market and assessed the work of Russian law firms in supporting projects in the region.
