“Platon is Found Legal” — Comments of Tatiana Tereshchenko for RBC

Tatiana Tereshchenko, head of analytical direction at Prime Advice, has commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court on the Platon system in a live RBC broadcast:

"The decision of the Constitutional Court is equivalent to a rule of law by itself, in other words it is not subject to appeal. The Constitutional Court ensures the reality of provisions of the Constitution, so after the position of the court has been declared neither the legislator nor the law enforcer can take actions contradicting this position."
