“Sberbank VS bankruptcy administrator” — Inna Vavilova’s review for Delovoy Peterburg
Sberbank of Russia filed a claim for a personal bankruptcy of Andrew Brovin, a former founder of the trading house "Russian metal", currently is a bankruptcy administrator, leading almost 30 bankruptcy procedures of companies and citizens.
According to Inna Vavilova, managing partner of Prime Advice (leader of St. Petersburg market of bankruptcies), a claim for personal bankruptcy could hardly be issued without really existing personal debt. "And if there is a personal debt it could be either a deliberate action aimed at obstructing activities of the Manager in specific procedures or automatic operation with debts of borrowers."
