Tatiana Tereshchenko, head of the analytical division of "Prime Advice" in this matter is unequivocal: consent of body of guardianship and sponsorship to commitment of transactions in residential real estate is a direct administrative interference in property relations, she said.
To establish the need for the consent of the guardianship authority from the time of reaching the age of 65-70 years is tantamount to the tacit assumption that people at this age are not able to give an account of their actions and guide them. That is, they automatically become incapacitated. However, this is in direct contravention of the law and constitutional guarantees.
