The decision of Arbitration court of Moscow about collecting of a debt of 2.7 million rubles for 2,3 thousand bonds of the company in 2010 entered into force in December 2017 after years of litigation in three instances. Now, experts say, after the publication of "Fedresurs", "Arsagera" according to the new rules of the law "On bankruptcy" has an almost indisputable right to initiate bankruptcy proceedings FESCO and to appoint his interim manager. And against the background of all known criminal law problems, the beneficiaries of the debtor, billionaire brothers Ziyavudin and Magomed Magomedov (who were arrested recently on charges of embezzlement of 2.5 billion rubles of budget funds), this right may be in demand from their competitors, or from the so-called vultures earning on the problems of large companies.
Experts of the bankrupt market recognize that it will not be difficult to repay the debt of 2.7 million rubles of FESCO level.
