On Monday, January 25, a regular meeting will be held on the bankruptcy case of the St. Petersburg supplier of food, cosmetics and accessories "Umka-Famker" CJSC. The company was declared bankrupt in July 2020, the register includes claims in the amount of more than 200 million rubles.
According to Anastasia Ignatieva, a lawyer at the Prime Advice Law Firm, the bankruptcy proceedings at the company are "in full swing", the bankruptcy trustee disputes the company's transactions, demands documents from the shareholder and the former head of the bankrupt.
The court also considers appeals of creditors against the refusal of the court of first instance to bring the persons controlling the debtor to subsidiary liability — for late filing of an application for declaring the company bankrupt.
The register of creditors' claims has not yet been fully formed.
